What a bad leader. What a dumb bitch. Are you proud of your self today Chikara? You still have your head raised like you are the fucking queen of the world. But what queen ditches her people? What kind of fool just disappears? You stupid bitch, go jump of that cliff, no one here needs you.
Once again the bitch returned, that coat thinned out but still thick with lays of grey, black and white. Mask painted with pretty little designs, she was a little more thinned out, not quiet as big, but still more powerful then most. Feet was caked with mud , white underbelly wet from the recent rain fall. Tail held in the same position as always, high, strong and proud. She was still the same bitch as before, still a little insane and still power hunger, but bored which meant something needed to be done.
But she didn't walk proudly today, or confidently. Nah, each step was a forced, fight between the mind. Each step shaky and unsure. The ground was slippery, and up here was not somewhere she would be even if she had wings. In fact up was the last thing she wanted. High, with more then a meter away from the ground was something she would never want. Breathing was heavy, laboured and unpredictable as the black queen forgot to breath, or held her breath over too thin of areas. The climb up was easy, deer seemed to like it up here, and their trail was well worn out. And for today and today only she blessed their souls and saw them as something absolutely wonderful. Gold eyes flashed from side to side, and at any sound she would likely scream like a little school girl and freeze in place while whimpering a thunder storm up.
But there weren't many around, everyone was gone. Disappeared, like she had left it. Maybe she should just move on, there was likely some big healthy pack she could go destroy the alpha and take over. But this was her challenge, a challenge a season or so ago she had said she would win. And since when did Chikara, the strong, ever back down from a challenge? She was the fucking best thing this world had ever seen, she could do this without even putting an effort into, or at least growing her pack up, maybe not reaching the top of diamond cliff.
Yes, Chikara had a fear. A fear that was growing more and more by the second. Each step her mind screamed out in fear, but her determined self kept her going. A no, yes battle raging on in her head which would surely kill her if it didn't stop sometime soon. An unsure footing, left her balance throwing off to the side, which made a scream wail out of her mouth and her little self charging up that inclined wall blindly. It took her merely a minute or so to reach the top of a 5 minute walk. Eyes wild, flashing, body tense and held to the ground as she stood somewhere in the middle of that diamond cliff. Tail was tucked between her legs, ears were pulled back, teeth bared as she forced a growl but whimpered in some sort of fear.
Up here she could see everything, but everything was something she didn't want to see from this point of view. Water gushing off the face of earth, to roar and scream as it fell and hit ground a good 20 meters down. Surely this wasn’t a good idea., but looking down to what she had just climbed she dared not move. In stead the usually fearless bitch sat down away from the water's edge, but far away from the edge. There she sat in self-pity and fear for a good half hour before her proud self won once more. She hadn't forced her self up here for reason not. With crystal clear lyrics she called out to the world. Called her wolves, called Aphrodite and her wolves, even called on Lucifer. He was apart of this too, but not with a welcome inviting hand. Her voice was confident, strong, clear with the message she wanted but soon as the echoing stopped she began her nervous shaking and crunched to the ground, which she would surely stop as soon as she saw anyone. They weren't suppose to know about her weaknesses.

Two forms followed the immediate sound of Chikara's voice. One belonged on this land, the other was just visiting. The cream coloured wolf took a moment or two to reach her alpha, blue eyes watching them fem. Amora was there. Behind her, was the AquaSilver alphess. The gold form and pink eyes followed Chikara. Was something wrong? She followed her 'niece' and both femoras sighed.
"Chikara," Amora started with a clear voice. "My aunt came to visit, I do hope it is alright..."
"I mean no harm," Isis said, lowering her tail and posture slightly showing that this was another's land and she didn't mean to make a challenge.

Reactions to her calling came all to quickly. There was barely enough time to give the proud black wolf time to recover from the spasms of fear that was squeezing on her chest. Squeezing, yes that was exactly how she felt, like invisible hands had wrapped around her lungs, squeezing the air from them, while heart only continued to thump harder and faster. Panic, panicking was not something she could let her self-fall victim to.
And in the midst of trying to convince her self she wasn't going to thrown from the edge to splatter guts and blood on the rocky bottom two forms came a trotting up. One she knew, the scent familiar and welcomed but the other one wasn't something she could recall inviting over. Golden eyes narrowed, and that strong, confident self took over the fearful state she had become. Shaking stopped almost on cue to their presence, though it fell short by a good 10 seconds. Ten seconds where they could judge and see the feared alpha gone mad with fear and panic.
"Uh- huh."
She hissed out, hoping to seem quiet uninterested to any peace they were trying to make. What was some uninvited alpha doing on her lands? What did she want? Had she heard of their plans from a month ago? Surely that is what this was about. But who was the snitch? Surely it hadn't been Lucifer, she read him, she knew him. Or did she? Aphrodite wouldn't, Cluuid wouldn't, but Cluuid's little friend. A growl escaped her mouth at the thought. But she remained calm, merely sat calmly, making no other threats towards the two. Maybe the alpha wasn't here because of that.
"I'm not worried that you will cause any harm."
The honest simple true. Chikara had made a name for her self, on that wasn't going to trampled on.
"So, what do you want?"
Rudeness, try some niceness.
"Oh, and Amora, I'm glad to see you showed up so quickly."

Isis bowed her golden cranium at the alphess. "I simply came to check on my niece. I haven't heard from anyone in a while." The alphess' voice was calm, not intimidated but yet not afraid. She sat down, golden tail thumping across the ground. "You're lands are beautiful, Chikara.." Pink eyes left the Sunshade alphess for a moment or two to gaze across the cliff they were on. Why did the alphess call for those few wolves? Isis wondered but didn't let it show.

Amora smiled and nodded. "I was near-by when you called. I assumed I shouldn't take my time getting here..." Amora's blue eyes gazed on her alphess, then to Isis, then to the cliff.

Lucifer wondered.

He didn't know why he put so much energy into tracing a call obviously not ment for him. This wasn't his home anymore. In fact, he didn't know if he considered his own pack home either. Nevertheless he kept wandering between borders like a fencebound stray; not quite sure if he could enter one without ridicule and rejection. Hell, as far as he knew or cared, his pack could have been reclaimed in his absence. His subordinates could have left for better terrains. For God's sake, who would want to live there anyway? All he ever saw was dirt, dead grass, and the occasional mole hill. And now, he kept questioning his reasons for even wanting to control the land in the first place; a desperate soul search that procured no results. Maybe he was just bored? Claiming the land was easy enough, there were no fights over such a dispicable scrap of dirt and there were plenty of dead trees to piss on. Either way, he simply would get frustrated that he took such a high responsibility and morphed it into a feeble whim that he couldn't even keep a grasp on. He felt useless, and for once in his life, he didn't want to stand proud and be different, he didn't want to oppose others just to look like an rebel without a cause. That yeilded no results, none that he wanted anyway, and upon hearing the Alphess' scream for civility and gathering... He found it the perfect excuse to hide from his fears.

Lucifer ran.

He didn't know why the cry for meeting sounded so much like a cry for help, a subtle scream wrapped with fear. This was so unlike the lady; every angle of her spoke danger and risks, and he had only seen or heard fear in her when he had been the cause of it. Perhaps there was trouble? Perhaps Chikara was in need of help and that last echoing call was the last sound she'd make before being thrown over the crash of waterfall, her body broken with one simple, sickening crack of bone and ligament. Perhaps she was dead now. Lucifer shook his head abruptly. Now that was over reacting! The black wolf had a problem with thinking up the worst possible scenario first, but that came with a worrying mind. But whatever persistance the woman had in expressing her feelings in one lone, singing howl; it caught the black devil's interest, and his scrape of claws and clap of legs rung silent as he sped up the cliff that lead to the top of the waterfall.

Lucifer stopped.

He couldn't help but pant out his skidding stop as other piqued heads reached his sight, flickering jade eyes abstract against the darkest pelt among them all. His limp was a bit pronounced against the strain of quivering muscle and tendon in attempt to rest, his shoulder sore from the exertion, but he rather didn't care. Mind was on the queen, who had summoned them there, and for once he didn't announce his presance with the slap of a tail and a wiry growling grin. No, he slunk back in the ranks and simply watched the woman speak, claws digging into the clay as he payed attention to the emotions on her face. Strained, he noted. Her expressions were strained, as if she wouldn't have a problem jumping off of that cliff simply because it guarenteed that she'd hit bottom at some point. Slowly, he walked closer, a bit subdued with his words, but refusing to show the submission that the woman was known to instill. No, he sounded almost concerned.

"You look scared out of your wits."

Lucifer waited.

Nuka looked around for Cluuid. "Hmm...that's funny." he mumbled. The brown and blue wolf was a good ways behind the alpha. A confused wolf he was. He didn't know wether to stay with the others or follow her up. He shook his large head and looked up to the alphess. Cluuid would help. Cluuid would tell him with out a snap where to go. Cluuid....wasn't there. With a sigh, Nuka sat next to Aura. He pinned his ears flat on his head and tail tucked as close as possible to his muscular body. Mmmm...raids and tourment. he thought. Can't wait for the feel taste of the weaker beneith my paws. Their bones being torn from flesh. A gruseom fighter this male was, but that wouldn't stop him from having the time of his life scattering other packs.

The month that had passed was filled with fat brown rabbits near her favorite sleeping spot, the circle of rose bushes in the den area. But now the short meeting that had been cut off was now piecing itself together on the planned spot. Cluuid was a bit slow to arrive, as to get there from the den area was to go around- or through- the body of water that the waterfall had created. But that was no excuse, Chikara had called and Cluuid expected herself to be there a.s.a.p.
With a bit too much carelessness, speckles drove up a steep side of the rock, piles and piles of loose dirt and rubble fell down like the waterfall as she climbed over it. Near to the top, she slipped and fell half way back down, then climbed up then fell down. It was fun and all, but it was making it harder to climb each time by pushing all the dirt to the bottom of the cliff-path. She tried a third time, but decided to stride sideways a bit to get onto an easier patch of steep cliff dirt. This time Cluuid managed to get atop the beast of a formation. Now she could concentrate on the wolves. One green and one violet, her eyes turned to the two with the same thin-but-muscular body structure. They looked to be relatives, the younger a golden colour and the older a creamy brown. Having overheard the discussion, she knew them to be niece and aunt. Quickly she recognized the golden one to be Amora, the wolf who had helped her catch a deer. Heh heh... I hope she isn't too mad about when I took it away for Chikara and Lucifer. A faint grin appeared on her face. Then there was Lucifer, the one that had given her the nickname "Squirt". Ominously silent...
Beside Amora was the brown and blue wolf Cluuid had recruited, then left behind. She gave a casual bark to her sparring-buddy, "Yo, Nuka."
Then her entire body came to attention as she turned to Chikara, inside of her she was bouncing with joy as she always had when privileged with the presence of her Alpha. Her tail wagged vigorously as she gave a submissive bow and a large yelp of a greeting. Normally a pack's Alpha would be the parents, and the members their children, much like Cluuid's birth-family. Since Chikara had generously adopted Cluuid into the pack, she was treated like a parent.
Now, I wonder, is it time to speak of the pack-attack yet or is it still not secure enough. Eyes shifted, then turned to the creamy brown wolf- Isis- who Chikara seemed to growl at. Obviously an alpha, one that may have a large family and be a threat to the Sunshade plans. Cluuid didn't now how quite to react yet, so she turned to look at the shiny jewels until something important came out of one's mouth.

Nuka's ears perked and head swivled toward the voice of his good friend. "What's up Cluuid!?" It was more of a greeting than a question that way he said it. His wound from their fight was now completely healed and all that remained was a small line of fur that wouldn't grow back and the embarrasement of slipping right before an attack. Cluuid seemed to understand and thought of him now as a personal sparring partner. He quickly turned his attention back to the alphess after his short rememberance of the month ago fight.

The golden fem found the presence of Lucifer to be quite.... dark. Isis let her pink eyes scan the wolven around her. Amora looked to Lucifer, then to Cluuid and Nuka. The blue eyed wolf felt a rumble in her chest, one of rememberance. Cluuid, the wolf who had she had helped get food then she had the audacity to drag the food away from her, her brother, her brother's mate, and his two pups.

Taking a sigh, Amora moved, not willing to start a fight with a wolf like that. The pink eyes of Isis shot from her niece, to the blue wolf. Is something wrong?? Isis wondered. Amora's tail thumped slightly and Isis shook her head slightly. Actually noticing Nuka, she blinked slightly.

"Monsieur, I am Amora." Amora's voice was cool. Thinking slightly the cream wolf's cranium looked down. Where is Black Night? she wondered.

With a yawn, a large black male trotted up and licked Amora's ear. "'Ello dearie." he whispered. He was a little late for the combination of a cool breaze and a warm sun caused the black pelted wolf to feel the need for a small nap. It wasn't really very small for he remembered the sun being a sliver over the horizon once he closed his eyes yet when he awoke to a echoing howl the sun was directly over head. He shrugged away the tardyness and looked up to the alpha and beta with a low bow.
**********************
Nuka shook his brown fur as he felt one of the others actually noticed him. He looked towards the one called Amora. "Greetings Amora." he said with a smile. "Pleasure." he nodded and turned back towards the lead speaker. Pack-raid. Pack-raid. Pack-raid. Pack-raid. he thought. I can't wait!

" 'Allo," Amora said with a smile as Black Night sat next to her. The cream wolf licked his cheek quickly, remembering how FOND Chikara was of the whole lovey dovey-ness. The golden wolf bowed to Black Night. Something important was happening, Isis and Amora could feel it. Both femoras sighed in silence and watched the alphess.
